With more than 25 years of award-winning experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, and sales, Sherry Naquin Sanchez is widely recognized in the industry for her exceptional leadership skills, unwavering integrity, and innovative problem-solving abilities. Throughout her career, Sherry has built a reputation for being a dependable and strategic partner to her clients, fostering lasting relationships through her commitment to servant leadership and mentoring.

Sherry’s primary areas of focus are representing buyers and tenants in the retail, restaurant and service industries across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to forming Nationwise, Sherry served as the COO for RESOLUT RE (formerly known as “Retail Solutions”), where she developed and successfully launched RESOLUT’s national and international tenant representation platform from fewer than 30 brands to more than 300 brands across the US and in more than 170 countries.

Near the end of 2016, Sherry and her husband, relocated to south Louisiana, where she continues serving her clients with their real estate expansion and contraction needs throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Throughout her career, Sherry has been a volunteer and advocate for US military veterans and people with disabilities including political advocacy for the National MS Society.
